Our founding Shareholders, Tony C. Richa, Esquire and Julian A. Haffner, Esquire, have been widely recognized as two of the preeminent attorneys in the Washington D.C. metropolitan area for the past five years.  Prior to merging, Tony Richa and Julian Haffner both realized that they would have to grow their respective operations in order to accommodate a growing client base who demanded their counsel and, at a bare minimum, involvement and oversight of all legal matters.  As such, Tony Richa and Julian Haffner started Richa Haffner Law Group, P.C.  When they decided to come together and start a law firm, the whole became even greater than the sum of the parts as Mr. Richa and Mr. Haffner were able to provide even more opportunities for their respective clientele by combining their practices.  By forming Richa Haffner Law Group, P.C., Tony Richa and Julian Haffner were able to put together a law firm comprised of a solid core group of attorneys and a network of other attorneys who are able to provide quality legal services.  

The reason for the birth of the law firm is the very same thing which distinguishes us from other firms – an unparalleled commitment to serve our clients.  Richa Haffner Law Group, P.C. grew out of desire and need – the desire of Tony Richa and Julian Haffner to better serve their clients and the need for Mr. Richa and Mr. Haffner to form a firm and develop relationships with attorneys all over the country who have achieved great success in their respective areas of practice.  Our founding Shareholders wanted to create a firm that provided its’ clients with the advantages of a large firm without the disadvantages that large firms provide.  By keeping our core group of attorneys small, we ensure that we can give all of our clients the personalized attention that they deserve at reasonable rates – two features that are not prevalent at most large firms.  On the other hand, creating a “Law Group” made up of specialized attorneys throughout the country enables us to provide our clients with quality legal services in a broad range of practice areas which is one of the biggest advantages of hiring a large firm.  Thus, our firm assures competence in virtually every area of the law without sacrificing the personal attention that our clients seek.  We provide a range of specialized capabilities typically found only in boutique firms while also providing the range of services typically found only in large firms.  At Richa Haffner Law Group, P.C., we like to think of ourselves as a boutique law firm with large firm capabilities.
