Our firm provides many of our corporate clients with a one-stop collection solution.  Our attorneys are experienced professionals who can not only pursue debtors, but can actually attain and enforce legal judgments.  We handle our Client’s collection issues from beginning to end.  It usually starts with a letter demanding payment and possible negotiation of a payment schedule.  If we are unsuccessful in collecting monies owed through amicable means, we file suit against the debtor and obtain a judgment which often includes interest, costs and any allowable punitive or treble damages.  Once a judgment is obtained, our attorneys will seek to enforce the judgment by filing garnishments against the Debtor, filing liens on property owned by the Debtor, forcing the sale of assets held by the Debtor and seeking sanctions from the appropriate judicial body.
